Partner Responsibilities
Partners are responsible for providing accurate and complete trip details, including patient condition, mobility requirements, and contact information. LifeLine Medical Services is not liable for delays or service limitations resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations should be made within the required notice period. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in service limitations or additional fees.
